Because we have such a large fleet across multiple cities, it’s easy to accommodate specific color requests as long as we have a little advance notice.

Standard amenities on a 28-passenger minibus include front and rear air conditioning, reclining high-back seats with cloth or vinyl upholstery, individual reading lights, and overhead parcel racks for small bags. Most models also have a PA system for announcements, tinted windows for privacy, and USB charging ports at each row.

Additional features like free WiFi, 110V power outlets, flat-screen TVs with DVD players, and upgraded flooring or upholstery are available on select vehicles or can be added upon request. Per Hour is $150 – $450+, per day is $1,610 – $3,465, per mile is $4.00 – $9.95. The total cost of renting a 28-passenger minibus depends on several factors including the length of your trip, number of days/hours needed, distance traveled, time of year, and any special amenity requests. Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking fees, or overnight accommodations for the driver. To get an accurate quote, it’s best to provide a detailed itinerary with exact pickup and drop-off locations, schedule, and any specific requirements your group may have. Our team will then calculate a flat-rate price that covers everything except incidentals.

The 28-passenger minibus fills a sweet spot between smaller shuttles and full-size charter buses. It’s significantly larger than our 15-, 18-, or 20-passenger minibuses, offering more seating and storage without the bulk of a 40- or 56-passenger coach. While it doesn’t have the underfloor luggage bays or restrooms found on the biggest charter buses, it does provide more comfort and amenities than smaller alternatives—making it a great all-purpose option for many types of trips.
